From the South M74 junction 6 on to M73. At the next junction take the M8 towards Edinburgh. At the end of the motorway; take A720 ring road north (clockwise). At the next major junction; turn right on to the A8 towards the city centre and then left on to the A902 north. At the next junction; take the A90 (which becomes Queensferry Road) signposted to the city centre. As the road bends hard right; turn left on to Dean Park Crescent; first left on to Comely Bank Avenue and second left on to South Learmonth Gardens. The hotel is halfway down on the left. From the North M90; which become the A90 and goes over the Forth Road Bridge. Stay on the A90 and follow signs to the city centre; as before.
